Wayne has held multiple positions, with the largest wire houses to Regional Banks, during his 30 years in the Financial Service Industry. He began his career as a Financial Adviser with The Robinson Humphrey Co. in Valdosta, GA. With the merger of Robinson Humphrey and Shearson Lehman Brothers, Wayne was asked to become the Director of West Coast Training, in Los Angeles, CA. Subsequently, Wayne held Branch Manager positions with various securities firms in Charleston, WV, Chicago, IL, Atlanta, GA and Hilton Head Island, SC. In 2009, he returned to St. Simons Island, as Director of Retail investments at Ameris Bank, charged with building a Brokerage Platform throughout their footprint in GA, AL, FL and SC. Wayne joined SunTrust Investment Services in March of 2014, where he continued to build a successful Wealth Management Practice, prior to joining IFG in April of 2017.
