Land has been in the financial services industry since 2001 and joined IFG in 2013. Throughout his career, he has helped advisors all over the country with practice management and partnering with them to help them become business owners. It is Land’s greatest joy to see an advisor reach levels of success they never knew existed.
In 2020, Land took over the role of CEO from IFG’s Founder, Don Patrick. Land’s vision, like Don’s, is for IFG to be here in 50 years with a consortium of independent financial advisors impacting clients lives and a culture of caring, sharing, and learning from each other. His goal is to help advisors collaborate, share ideas, and grow their businesses to make a significant impact on clients’ lives.
Land is a native of Atlanta. He graduated from The Lovett School and received a BA in Political Science from Tulane University in New Orleans, where he played baseball for the Green Wave. Currently, Land serves as the Chairman of the Board at Wesleyan School. He is actively involved at Passion City Church and YoungLife/Johns Creek. Land and his wife, Katie, have two teenage daughters and reside in Peachtree Corners.

Ramey has worked with Land Bridgers, IFG’s CEO, since 2019. Her day-to-day responsibilities include assisting Land in overseeing IFG and working closely with IFG team members to serve our financial advisors and staff. In addition, Ramey coordinates external communications and assists in planning and executing IFG’s Annual Retreat. Ramey takes great pride in ensuring that IFG’s services are done with excellence and that all IFG members feel integrated into the IFG Family.
Ramey is a native of Atlanta and resides in Woodstock, GA, with her husband, Austin, and their dog, Oreo. When not in the office, she enjoys hiking, reading, watching movies, and traveling to new places with family and friends – and the occasional true crime podcast!

Don brings over four decades of experience advising and coaching individuals, professionals, and businesses in a wide range of financial matters from risk management, investments, and taxes, to general business consulting. As a business consultant to wealth managers, his overriding focus is to help advisors grow their business, run efficient practices, make more money, and have fun.
Under Don’s leadership, Integrated Financial Group has become one of the largest independent financial planning consortiums in Atlanta, with nearly $5.5 billion in brokerage and advisory assets through LPL Financial. With over 90 Consortium Members independently owning firms across 10 states, IFG forms a diverse, experienced and qualified group of professionals who deliver sound financial advice and strategies.
An aeronaut who’s been flying since age 16, Don has logged 12,000 hours mostly in jets for the Air Force and Eastern Airlines. He volunteers for and is an ardent supporter of Angel Flight, a non-profit organization of volunteer pilots who transport individuals with medical and financial needs. Don is also an avid golfer. He and his wife Eve reside in the Atlanta metropolitan area.

As Director of Advisor Development, Andrews helps IFG members achieve their full potential as financial planners and business owners. Andrews also plays an integral part in business development during the mutual selection process by successfully transitioning and integrating new advisors into IFG.
When not working with members of the Brain Trust, Andrews enjoys spending time with his wife while they support their two daughters’ primary pursuit outside of school: soccer. However, since most of his free time is spent on the sidelines of the soccer field or traveling to and from exotic youth soccer destinations (e.g., Irmo, SC), Andrews has struggled to lower his golf handicap.

Currently working with Don and Andrews Browne, Director of Business Development, she desires to exceed expectations by delivering the best client service possible to their clients and the consortium advisors. She knows her clients well and tries to anticipate each client’s needs, knowing they are real people with families, feelings and goals.
Bonnie and her husband Bill love their kids, grandkids, wine and travel. Married for almost 50 years, they have 2 children and 7 grandchildren. They look forward to wearing themselves out every summer by hosting “Cousin’s Day” when they entertain all the grandkids for a weekend of fun!
When not traveling, they are homebodies, taking care of their yard and enjoying the pool and firepit area with family and friends. In addition, they are involved in volunteer activities with their church. They live in Marietta, GA, with their 2 cats, rescued from New Orleans during Hurricane Katrina, Nola and Bayou.

This involves two main areas: helping new advisors transition their business when they join IFG and providing ongoing support to existing IFG advisors, whether they need assistance as an advisor or a business owner.
Hayes grew up in Johns Creek, GA, and now lives in Brookhaven with his 4-year-old black lab, Koda. An avid Atlanta sports fan and outdoor enthusiast, Hayes can often be found on the golf course, in a deer stand, watching Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets games, or attending live music events.

As a Compliance Analyst, Teresa Kihara supports internal audits and manages various compliance activities for IFG Advisory’s Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), ensuring strict adherence to regulatory standards, mitigating risk, and upholding the highest level of integrity in IFG’s operations.
Kihara moved to the U.S. from Kenya in 1998 as an international student, pursuing a degree in Business Management. Her passion for working with young children (ages 3-6) led her to earn a Diploma in Preschool & Kindergarten Management after high school.
In her free time, Kihara enjoys reading, hiking, Pilates, camping, playing tennis or squash, watching soccer (live or on TV), and traveling to new places. She’s a big fan of Turkish shows and movies. Volunteering for medical-related causes is close to her heart, with her favorite being the International Rescue Committee (IRC), a humanitarian aid organization.

Zehavit, married to her husband Ofir, is a mother of three boys. In her spare time, she works to educate and expose others to multicultural cuisines and techniques, hosting dinners and workshops as a former chef and baker. A renowned book fanatic, you can always find her with the latest historical fiction story whenever she’s not volunteering with organizations like Meals by Grace, JF&CS, or organizing service events with Jewish groups.

Karen started working with IFG advisors in 1998 and formally managed Operations and Human Resources for the Consortium since its inception in 2003. In addition, she runs IFG’s Virtual Assistant Program, which supports advisor members and oversees the firm’s bookkeeping and financials. Her positive, calm approach to IFG’s day-to-day operations makes her an essential part of the Brain Trust.
In addition to her daily functions, she works closely with both Don Patrick and Land Bridgers to establish and maintain open, friendly lines of communication between IFG, advisors, and their assistants. In addition, Karen is in charge of the advisor onboarding process, working closely with new members to set up offices for Housed Advisors, coordinate IT between the firm and LPL Tech Support, manage HR/Payroll and Group Benefits and manage account transactions.
Outside the office, Karen is a passionate volunteer with several nursing homes and community services organizations, the Federal Penitentiary of Atlanta, and the Personal and Religious Liberty Ministries in her church. In addition, she likes to read, travel, and spend quality time with family and friends. Karen and her husband, Charles, were married in 2016.

With almost a decade of administrative experience with IFG, Laura’s role as Assistant Director of Operations to Karen Cooke-Thomas places her at the heart of the organization, where she excels at solving problems and supporting the needs of our advisors and their staff. Laura also helps plan the annual IFG Consortium Retreat, where all of our advisors attend a 2-day educational conference.
Laura enjoys reading, listening to music, and spending time with friends and family. She also loves to travel and see the different parts of the world. When she’s home, she loves to relax with her golden retriever, Cooper.

His 20+ years in the Financial Services industry and as an accomplished Sales, Marketing and Operations Executive gives him a competitive edge in understanding what it takes to achieve economies of scale both as a leader and a team member. Known by his peers as a super-connector, Jason has a unique ability to quickly build relationships and match the right people with the right opportunities.
After college, Jason pursued successful careers working for both Bank of Montreal and Northwestern Mutual in Chicago. This was followed by the start-up and management of his own investment real estate company, which helped pave the way toward his involvement with Alternative Investments and ultimately, relocating him to Atlanta.
Jason graduated from Purdue University with honors, earning an esteemed degree in Industrial Management. He is married to Tara, and they reside in the Atlanta metropolitan area. Jason enjoys traveling with his family and furry canine companion, Maple.

Jenni works directly with IFG advisors on their client marketing strategies. She develops and manages daily social media content and maintains digital campaigns to increase website traffic. In addition, Jenni collaborates with the IFG team to research market opportunities, identify new brand strategies, and increase advisor client acquisition and retention.
Originally from Boston, Jenni moved to Fort Lauderdale in the Fall of 2018. She enjoys reading a good book in her free time, spending time at the beach, pilates and yoga, and traveling to new places.

Cooper lives in West Midtown Atlanta with his wife, Alexia. Outside of work, he enjoys live music, athletics, and playing guitar, with the occasional gaming session on a rainy day. Saturdays are often spent playing pickup basketball or attending a local concert, while Sundays find him at Grace Midtown Church, either helping with parking or enjoying the service from the back row.

The team executes trades and assists with investment strategies with exacting accuracy and expertise in analysis. Brice specializes in trading, rebalancing and analytics in addition to project management for his team.
Brice enjoys the outdoors; camping, kayaking, hiking, and sports, but you’ll find him cheering on the UGA Bulldogs on Saturdays. When alone, a good movie or book will entertain Brice for hours, but he prefers the company of his friends and loved ones no matter the occasion.
