IFG MUTUAL SELECTION PROCESS
We choose our members like the best planners choose their clients.
Joining Integrated Financial Group isn’t a sign-up. It’s a decision we make together. We hold every advisor to the same standard we’d want applied to our own clients: a genuine commitment to learning, to their community, and to building something intentional.
four stages
Mutual Selection Process
- 1. Discovery
- 2. Assessment
- 3. Mutual Selection
- 4. Integration

WHY It's rigorous
A High Bar, for a Reason.
Great financial planning is never just about managing money. It’s about building real relationships, understanding what a client actually needs, and having the judgment to act in their interest even when it’s inconvenient. We look for advisors who already operate that way.
That’s also why we’re selective. A collaborative community only works if everyone in it is genuinely willing to contribute, not just benefit. Every advisor who joins IFG becomes part of that exchange, sharing knowledge and expertise with peers who are doing the same for them.
